Wishing You All A Wonderful Christmas

We’d like to take this opportunity to wish all our clients a fantastic festive holiday before we take a short but well-earned break for Christmas.

This year has certainly been a crazy one! As a business, we moved our Chichester branch to a newly refurbished site in Magnus Court and welcomed four new members to the White & Brooks team – not including the two babies and a puppy that have joined the extended families of our agents!

Between us, we’ve completed more property sales than ever before, achieved above the asking price on 90% of those sales and improved completion time for customers by a third. As well as delighting home movers, an increased number of sales in 2021 also benefited our nominated charity. Our pledge to donate to My Sister’s House – a charity that supports women who are living with or are in recovery from domestic abuse – every time we sell a property has led to one of our biggest ever charitable contributions.

It really has been a fantastic year all-round, and we couldn’t have done it without you putting your trust in us. From character cottages and beautiful beach-front apartments to stunning new builds and ‘doer-upper’ dream homes, we’ve overseen some of West Sussex’s most stunning homes change hands and new owners settle in our wonderful neck of the woods.

We hope we provided you with a sales experience to remember, and that you’ll come back to us should you ever need our guidance again. For those of you only at the start of your property journey or part-way through your transaction, don’t worry, we’ll ensure everything stays on track while you’re tucking into your turkey dinner!

After we’ve finished our last-minute shopping and eaten more mince pies than we care to remember, we’ll be back in the office for reduced hours between 28^th and 31^st December. The branches will be closed for the New Year Bank Holidays but we’ll be back behind our desks – fresh and ready for the year ahead on Tuesday 4^th January 2022.
