Welcome to White & Brooks Estate Agents
The Literary critic Barbara Johnson could not have coined it better when she said:
“The most important things in your home are people.”
This is exactly how we feel at White & Brooks; and our dedication to our sales and lettings customers remains paramount. We pride ourselves and trade on our traditional values, and, as ever, our approach remains energetic and pro-active with a focus on integrity and open communication.
With an appreciation that every property is unique and customer needs differ, we continue to provide a tailored service for each customer to achieve the highest possible sale values and lettings agreements, in the shortest possible time.
We still concentrate on what could be considered ‘old fashioned’ estate agency, and this pro-active approach delivers results and our success speaks for itself.
We still mail out our properties to our applicants, we have a structured day that ensures viewings are chased and feedback to vendors the day after a viewing takes place as far as is possible, and we spend two hours a day phoning out our applicants to ensure that they are fully aware of new properties coming onto the market. This enables us to build a strong relationship with applicants which in turn gives us the edge when finding them the perfect property! focus on integrity and open communication Making sense of moving.
White & Brooks merged with Whiteheads Estate Agents in June 2017 and have gone from strength to strength. As of now, the longest established independent estate agent in Bognor Regis is taking its first steps towards embracing the housing market of the future.
As leading estate agents, we are in the midst of an ever-evolving market place and we strive to be at the forefront of those innovations. Whiteheads, which has excelled at delivering dedicated property services throughout West Sussex for over 110 years, has taken this exciting new opportunity to develop with the times.
Rest assured that the group – renowned as a professional property service with great integrity, expertise and levels of local knowledge – will not forget the foundations on which Whiteheads was built in 1899.
